There are different kinds of group therapy: for example, psychoeducational groups, intervention groups and support groups, and also a combination of these different kinds of groups. Group therapy can be helpful and valuable in several ways: group members do not only learn about the interventions for what they are struggling with from the therapist, it is also a safe place to receive and give support to and learn from each other. It is often also more cost-effective than individual therapy.

We are currently offering the following therapy groups. Start times and frequency of the groups varies. Please contact us if you are interested in a group, and we can give you more specific information, or put you on a waitlist so we can contact you when the group you are interested in becomes available.
